Update: The official reason UMSL closed was because there was no power on North Campus. I'm not sure if there was any power on South Campus. The emergency generators were on. SSB was very dark and creepy. The escalators in the MSC didn't work (and this is different from any other day how?) . It was snowing and the roads were slick, but ultimately it was the lack of power that resulted in our "snow day".

Snow day? I heard it was Moron-hit-a-telephone-pole-knocking-out-electricity-to-campus day.
Well, technically, it did HAPPEN on a day it snowed. As Homer says, "You're BOTH right!"
WHY DIDN'T SNOW DAYS EVER HAPPEN WHEN I WENT TO UMSL?!?!?!
